Please visit http://www.qshine.org/register.html and use the convenient secure on-line registration form to submit your registration July 9, 2006, 11:59pm CET. Please note that your paper(s) will not be included in the proceedings if you fail to register by the above deadline.
Submitting your camera-ready manuscripts. After you have successfully completed the registration process, you will receive further instructions that include the URL of the camera-ready upload web site for your paper. It may take up to 48 hours for your on-line registration to be processed. If you do not receive your camera-ready submission instructions three days after you register, please contact registration@icst.org.
